Bridge Concept

Background created for a university project "The Last Flowers", about two young flowerpots on a journey to find the last flowers in a post-human world. The main conflict of this scene is the protagonists coming across an old bridge and debating how best to cross the ravine.
I really wanted to push the design and emphasise just how dangerous this bridge and ravine crossing is; the bridge itself is a moment from collapsing, planks are loose and splitting, it's been abandoned so long it became covered in ivy, and even the ground around it is barely stable and crumbling away
